Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026. This is a starter policy to be reviewed by Laura and legal counsel before public launch, and updated as features go live.

Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry or book a session, we collect what you choose to share — such as your name, email, phone number, and any notes about what you're looking for.

Some responses may include sensitive wellness or health-related information. Please share only what you're comfortable sending through the website.

When booking and payments are enabled, scheduling is handled by our booking provider and payments by a payment processor. Wild Garden Wellness does not receive or store your full card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm sessions and events, process payments, and stay in touch about your bookings.

If you join the email list, we use your email to send occasional updates and event news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Service Providers

The site is built to use trusted providers to operate and deliver services — including hosting, a scheduling tool, a payment processor, a database for inquiry and booking data, an email-delivery service, and Google services for reviews and analytics.

These providers process information under their own privacy and security practices, and only for purposes connected to operating Wild Garden Wellness.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

The website and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies for security, sessions, checkout, site operation, and basic analytics. Disabling cookies may affect booking or checkout.

The site also sets one first-party cookie that remembers how you first found us (for example, a search engine or a link from social media) for up to 90 days. It contains no personal details, is not shared with advertisers, and is used only to understand which outreach is working.

Data Retention & Your Requests

We keep records as long as reasonably needed to provide services, support clients, and meet business obligations.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing wildgardenwellness@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal, tax, or payment reasons.

Security

We use reputable platforms and reasonable safeguards, but no website or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please don't send emergency or highly sensitive medical information through the website.

Children's Privacy

This website and these services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the website and services evolve. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
